Retainer Billing
When we take on retainer clients, we are doing more than just giving you access to our design and content development skills; we are partners in making your project a success. It’s simple: we are all after the same thing, and retainers are a great way for our team to build a trusted role with your company or project to provide real time solutions to your design and communication hurdles.
Billing
-Retainers are billed on the first of every month and due no later than the 15th of the month.
-Retainers operate on a three-month minimum.
-Retainers are capped to a workload defined by the initial retainer agreement
Our Commitment
-No Ghosting. If you are paying us for a retainer, we will ensure that we are available (during normal work hours).
-Communication: We will work with clientele to maintain clear communication via Slack, email, or phone calls.
-The work we create will be on brand and unique to your business goals.
Our Expectations
-We expect payments to be on time.
-Clients will communicate project details to the best of their ability.
-Projects will be requested in advance of the deadline (No Same Day Work)
