Our friends at Tio Pelon’s hired our team to create labels for a new lineup of collaborations. The Siracha Recipe was produced with Singhs (San Antonio, TX) and features a design inspired by the connections between dragons common in Asian lore with the Quetzalcoatl story. The Birria Adobo was created in collaboration with Tacos La Catrina (Austin, TX) to help home cooks make Birria at home. The design is patterned off of old sign painting common throughout Mexico and is set on an illustration that features a modern day Catrina (Icon of Dia De Los Muertos) chowing down on a taco.
